The Branin Center for Dentistry is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our clinical team, Dr. Dominique Rivera, DDS. Bringing a unique blend of technical precision and compassionate care, Dr. Rivera has officially begun seeing patients at both our Golden and Denver Highland offices.

Dr. Rivera’s path to dentistry is as impressive as it is unique. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. While navigating the rigors of engineering, she also competed as a member of the Varsity Women’s Soccer team—honing the discipline and collaborative spirit that she now brings to every patient interaction.

“I feel so lucky to be a part of the Branin team,” says Dr. Rivera. “I truly look forward to meeting our amazing patients and providing the high-quality care they expect from this practice.”

Dr. Rivera earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University, a program deeply rooted in the philosophy of service and patient-first care. Her background in engineering provides her with a meticulous eye for detail, particularly in restorative treatments and modern dental technology. She is highly skilled in CAD/CAM and CEREC technology for in-house custom crowns and bridges, and she holds a Minimal Oral Sedation license to ensure even the most apprehensive patients feel completely at ease.
